Messages and Legends
A wide variety of messages and legends can be printed on one or two sides of the Triumph Traffic Vertical Panels. Engineer, High Performance or Diamond Grade reflective sheeting is available for all of our Vertical Panels. Triumph Traffics’ Vertical Panels are ideal for parking lots, schools, churches, or in-plant applications.
Vertical Panel Rubber Base
Made from 100% recycled rubber, the base incorporates two easy-grip carrying handles, a vulcanized rubber center section that provides reinforcement from wear and tear due to panel separation. On the under side of the base, there are four raised anti-rotational foot pads to minimize movement from wind, or turbulence from passing vehicles.
Premier Panel™ (40000 Series)
Premier Panel is an all plastic and rubber vertical panel barricade that is designed to take repeated impacts with little or no damage to the Premier Panel or to the impacting vehicle. Our Premier Vertical Panel is designed with a convenient handle which allows for easy movement and placement of the Premier Panel.
The Premier Panel accepts all standard and “D” cell Barricade Lights and stacks for easy storage and transport.
The Premier Panel comes with a variety of sheeting sizes, messages, and legends and is available in Orange or White polyethylene plastic for the highest visibility in any weather condition. Premier Panel bases come in 20 and 30 lb. weights and stack for easy transport and storage.

Step-n-Lock® (33000/34000 Series)
Triumph Traffic’s Step-n-Lock Vertical Panel Barricade consist of durable blow molded polyethylene panel and recycled rubber base. To assemble, simply “Step-n-Lock” the vertical panel into the base. No heavy rings or bases that must be lifted over the top of the panel. For transportation and storage, both the panels and bases can be easily separated and stacked.
The panel separates from the base when impacted by a vehicle. The panel face is recessed to minimize abrasions and scratches to the expensive reflective sheeting. If severely damaged, the reflective sheeting can be replaced.
Step-n-Lock Panel
Six locking buttons are molded into the panel and correspond to six matching recesses molded in the base. Simply step down on the foot hole to lock the panel in place. The Step-n-Lock design ensures the panel will remain vertically locked in place and “square to traffic.” Panel sizes, messages and legends can be intermixed with either the 28 or 43 lb. base.
