Job Board

Traffic Control Person (Flagger)

We recommend already having the Traffic Control Certification, if you do not have it we can help you get one. We also recommend a Drivers License and Reliable Vehicle.

Entry-level field position (outdoors) involving standing for long periods of time (we do recommend our Anti-Fatigue Flagger Mat) in a designated position according to the Traffic Management Plan, directing traffic, assisting in set up of work zones, being on call. They must be willing to draw up Traffic Control Plans for the site if none are provided. Competitive Compensation. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to Dispatch Center calls in a timely manner for availability – willing to be on call till 11am on days when no scheduled shift was given. Setting up traffic devices such as signs, cones and other devices. Traffic Controllers keep the work zone safe for customers, employees and all general public. Coordinating with dispatch daily, being reasonably available to take phone calls from our dispatch. Working well with others and taking instruction from the Lane Closure Technicians and Field Supervisors.

Lane Closure Technician

Having experience as a Traffic Control Person is mandatory for setting up traffic control closures (cones, signs, stands etc.). Lane Techs must be willing to take on extra training, and to train Traffic Control Persons on site, direct traffic, supervise, and fill out all necessary paperwork. They must also provide Traffic Control Plans to customers if there isn’t one already provided. They must be on call 24/7 7 days a week. Competitive Compensation.
